Marbella
THE ANCHOR
Front line beach villa in a gated community in the heart of Marbella. Villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Lijomi developed the complete architecture and construction management, integrating multiple collaborating brands such as Atelier Alain Ellouz, Miyazaki, Jeroen de Ruddere, Deltalight and CEADESIGN. The construction was carried out by Nalipemi in collaboration with the companies of the Miclijor Group. A project that demonstrates our ability to integrate architectural design with luxury object curation.
Mijas
Villa LOS ARCOS
Integral renovation of an old Spanish villa with panoramic sea views in Mijas, developed on a plot of 1.800 m² with 850 m² built. The project includes a poolhouse in the same architectural style as the main house and retains certain original exterior features to respect and honour the original design.
The architecture and site management were developed by Lijomi, The construction work was carried out in coordination with the companies of the Miclijor Group: Madulmus, Colpindec y Clindolec. Ongoing maintenance of the property is carried out by Limantecon.
Montemayor, Benahavís
VILLA CLARA
Newly built villa with an ultra modern and functional design in Montemayor, Benahavís, with stunning sea views and a peaceful setting, away from the urban noise. The plot has 3,800 m² and the house has 1,000 m² of constructed area, with a unique feature being the cantilevered infinity pool.
The project was developed on the basis of an existing architectural plan, which Lijomi adapted to the client's needs, selecting materials and taking on the architecture and integral management of the project. The construction was executed by Nalipemi, in collaboration with the companies of the Miclijor Group, guaranteeing a precise execution consistent with the design.
Mijas
VALTOCADO
Architectural project developed by Lijomi for a client who owns a plot of land, conceived with the objective of its commercialisation and future sale. The project is currently awaiting a buyer or investor to start its execution.
The design integrates Lijomi's partner brands such as Occhio y Clou, The project is designed so that the complete execution of the project is carried out by the Group's companies, guaranteeing total coherence between concept, design and construction.
Marbella
Villa vista Verde
Lijomi developed the complete interior design for this three storey villa in typical Andalusian style. Located frontline golf with sea views, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with ample terrace spaces. The construction was executed by Nalipemi in coordination with Colpindec, Clindolec and Madulmus.

Marbella
Camoján Waterfall
Newly built villa with fantastic sea views and as close as you can get to nature and the mountains. Cascada de Camoján is one of the most prestigious urbanisations in Marbella, sometimes referred to as the "Cascada de Camoján". Beverly Hills of Spain. With its unique location and features such as the cantilever pool, This is one of the most unique projects of the Miclijor Group to date. The villa has a massive garage for the owner's classic car collection. The plot covers 2,700m². The architectural plans were drawn up by the prestigious Belgian architectural firm Govaert & Vanhoutte, with Lijomi taking care of the site management. The construction will be carried out by Nalipemi in cooperation with all the companies of the Miclijor Group.
El Paraíso, Estepona
VILLA TRÓPICO
Complete renovation of an old Spanish style villa in El Paraíso Barronal, located within walking distance to the beach. The project is developed on a plot of 920 m², with 400 m² constructed area, and puts a special emphasis on creating a tropical atmosphere.
The architecture and construction management is in charge of Lijomi, with the coordinated execution of the companies of the Miclijor Group. The Art wallpapers and the application of the fine stitch technique with Boss paints, carried out by Colpindec. The final handover of the property is scheduled to take place shortly.

VIlla Dreams
Transformation of an old Spanish villa in Las Brisas, with partial demolition and new construction on the existing structure, incorporating the necessary extensions. This is an investment project developed together with a long term partner. The plot has 1.750 m² and the new villa will reach 550 m² constructed area. The architecture and construction management is being carried out by Lijomi, The entire construction will be carried out by the companies of the Miclijor Group, guaranteeing total coherence between design and execution.

Transformation of a derelict former Spanish villa, surrounded by nature and located within walking distance to the beach. Investment project developed together with a long-term partner, with demolition starting at the end of January 2026 and handover planned for July 2027.
